The Bankinter Innovation Foundation Startup Observatory, IDB Lab, Everis, H&S Investment, IESE Business Angels, and Wayra provide financial backing for the social listening and speech analytics platform developed by Citibeats, which allows companies and governments to understand and respond to the needs of citizens.

The revolutionary AI solution allows companies and governments to organize the voices of millions of people, helping them detect possible risks, emerging needs, and areas of improvement in real time. Citibeats’ adaptive social intelligence platform analyzes and interprets data in any language and structures the information for actionable insight.

The platform has already been implemented for use cases related to financial inclusion, hate speech detection, identification of infrastructure damage caused by natural disasters, and monitoring of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
